   - The Rental Provider agrees to provide one photobooth with the following specifications: [The photobooth, iPad Pro 12 inch, Instagram code, simple backdrop (if desired) and props]. A 8x8 space will be needed for your booth.
   - The Rental Provider will set up and dismantle the photobooth at the agreed-upon venue.
   - The Rental Provider will provide an attendant to assist guests and ensure the proper operation of the photobooth (optional for $25/hr).

  - The Client shall provide a suitable space at the venue for the photobooth setup. This booth will only be set up indoors and should not be moved after set up.
   - The Client shall ensure that there is a reliable power source to the photobooth setup location.
   - The Client shall be responsible for any damage caused to the photobooth or equipment due to negligence or misuse by the Client or their guests.
